You are dealing with an annoying Manager asking for boring tasks. 

Power Details : 

Faster Loading : This will increment the number by a random amount between 3 and 5. No cost, no cooldown. 

Ask for Another Number : First, this will generate a new number to reach normally. However if you do use it several times in a row. Your manager will give you bigger and bigger numbers. No cost, no cooldown.

Copy on a Co-Worker : This will copy the work of a co-worker working on a similar reach. It will give you a number around the reach you're looking for.
